At Empower Support Solutions, we believe that our employees have great awareness of the social injustices of the region as well as great ideas for how to apply solutions to the social injustices that they are personally passionate about. Our goal at Empower is to engage employees in conversations about their passions, gifting & skills, and provide them with resources and encouragement to start personally impacting their communities in ways that are most meaningful to them.

Women’s Empowerment

For centuries, young girls have not been given an equal opportunity to be educated, but in modern day India most girls are being sent to school and earning the opportunity to use their knowledge and skills in the work force. Our goal at Empower is to offer young women a safe and respectful work environment. We believe that economic development and positive community transformation begins with the individual; therefore we invest in both the professional and personal development of our employees. We trust that when they thrive, they will impact the world around them.

Environmental Consciousness

All Empower employees are taught and encouraged to be good stewards of their environment. Empower is located in a region that does not have proper trash disposal systems which causes severe health concerns for millions of people. By offering virtual services to our clients, we limit waste and are intentional in our operations to dispose of waste properly. This is a key factor in improving our environment and contributing to the health of entire communities.
